02 Hospitality Suite

FLR are a leading provider of Telecom & Data services based in Kent and amongst our varied business interests, they also own a hospitality suite at the O2 Arena.

The Marketing Director Joy Besford realised that this presented an ideal environment to advertise the company's products & services to their captive audience and began to investigate suitable display products that would make this possible.

Key considerations were taken into account which included cost, method to update content easily and presentation of the equipment. A typical digital signage solution would have been literally overkill, costly and inflexible as there were limitations as to what was permitted within the suite.

Having worked with ezeVue on solutions for other applications, FLR were pleasantly surprised when they learned that that ezeVue could source and supply a large format digital poster. The poster needed no specialist software and therefore existing software could be used to generate images and videos could be utilised.

 

After the usual stringent tests on the product, approval was granted by the appropriate site agents and a week later 4 posters were successfully installed.
